I want to purchase additional items beyond what I am allowed through stipend. Can I do this?

Employees can purchase additional garments above the stipend amount within your assigned color. These purchases are considered personal purchases, and will not be reimbursed by the Employee Apparel Program. These orders must be placed separately as they cannot be combined.

What shipping options are available for personal orders?

Personal purchases may be picked up at the Fitness Center, located at:

    Sacramento, CA 95817

Orders may be shipped to the employee's home at his/her expense. The Employee Apparel Program will not pay to have garments shipped to an employee's home.

How long do I have to pick up my personal order if I chose "Pick Up at Store"?

Personal purchases not picked up within 30 days of notification that the order is ready for pick up may be shipped via FedEx, and will be subject to the standard ground shipping charges.

If I would like to return an item, how long do I have to do so?

You have 30 days from the time the order is packed in order to return, and the garment must be unused. If you need more information about the process of returns and exchanges, please visit our return policy page.
